1. How many directors may get reimbursement from the Company?

Ans:- There is no restriction all directors can get reimbursement

2. Do the Director need to submit proof and how?

Ans:- Yes, through vouchers,bills,letters

3. Director of the company can also work as an employee and get salary?

Ans:- Yes, but it should qualify as professional capacity other than as a director.
