This is Ravi Varma, in this article I will tell you about the re-registration of the Udyog Aadhar to Udyam registration process.

Let’s start,

The government had given this notice to everyone from 1st July 2020 that now it has been made mandatory for everyone to re-register the Udyam registration.

We can do our re-registration by following these steps.

Step 1:- Go to the Udyam Registration portal.

Step 2:- Click on the Re-Registration option

Step 3:- In this, you will have to enter your previous Aadhar industry number, after that, you have to make sure that to validate it, you will receive the OTP in the mail or you will receive the message on the mobile number.

Step 4:- After this, you will get the option to migrate your Aadhaar, in you have to click on Yes.

Step 5:- After this, you will get a new option in which you will have to select the type of your firm and then enter the PAN number of the company and click on the option of validate.

Step 6:- Now you have to tell whether you have filed ITR-3 last year or not and then if you are registered in GST then click on Yes.

Step 7:- After this whatever company name you have will be automatically taken from your PAN card then you have to enter your registered mobile number and enter your email id so that if you need to change anything in your enterprise registration, So all the OTPs related to it should be received on your mobile number or your email address.

Step 8:- In this, you will be told about the category, which category you come under.

Step 9:- In this, you have to select your social category,

select your gender and

tell whether you are DIVYANG or not.

Step 10:- In the next option, you have to enter the full address of your company and then click on add plant button.

Step 11:- Inside this, you have to enter your proper office address.

Step 12:- After this, you have to enter your previous low number
Then you have to enter the date of incorporation of your company
After that you will have another option in which you will be asked whether your business has started or not, then it has to be selected.
Then after that, we have to enter the date from whichever day we have started our business, Then we have to enter the details of our bank also.

Step 13:- In the next step, we have to select the type of our company.
Then we have to enter the NIC code of our company, you get this Coad in the option
After that, what kind of business you do, you have to select it, like whether you want to do business of goods or you have to select them for services.
After entering all this, you have to enter your NIC code again and you will get many options to select this code.

Step 14:- Now you have to tell the number of your employees and how many employees are in your company and from that, separate the male and female and enter their number.

Step 15:- Now in the next option you have to enter the total value of your Tangible assets for 2018-19 (formula – all tangible assets other than fixed assets,plant & machinery and land & buildings)

Step 16:- The last step is to enter the Subbmit and get OTP option.

Step 17:- As soon as you click on OTP then whatever mobile number and email address you have given you will get one time OTP which you have to enter in given option and then enter verification code and click on last subbed option

And finally your Udyam registration has been successfully generated

In this, all the businessmen have to choose the category for themselves according to their turnover and under this scheme, many types of discounts have been given to the businessman by the government and in this, the bank interest is given at a very low rate.

2. The interest rate in the loan is to be paid at a very low rate.

4. There are many options available to earn profit in this business.
5. If a business is registered in MSME and if a seller is not giving his money in return for his goods, then the government helps the businessman to collect his money.

Step by Step online MSME registration process.

Step 01:- Go to your browser and search udyam registration.

MSME site lInk:- https://udyamregistration.gov.in/Government-India/Ministry-MSME-registration.htm

Step 02:- Click on this option.

Step 03:- As soon as we click on this option, it takes us to the official page of the MSME, from where we can take our registration and there is no charge for registering in it.

Step 04:- If you are going to register in MSME for the first time then choose the first option.

Step 05:- After clicking this enter your aadharnumber and name of your entrepreneur.

Step 06:- click on the validate and generate the OTP option.

Step 07:- enter your one-time password (This password is given to your registered mobile number)

Step 08:- The next option is the PAN card detail option do you have your PAN card then click the yes option and enter your PAN card number. first of all, you are to select your organization type and click to PAN validate option.

Step 09:- After doing that you have got a PAN successfully verified message.

Step 10:- Next is whether you file an income tax return and have a GSTIN number if you have then click on the Yes option and enter your ITR details and enter your GSTIN number.

Step 11:- After doing this you will get a new column in which you have to give your mobile number and email option, please enter it, and most importantly do not change the rate of shares as 51% rate is applicable for all categories of persons.

Step 12:- After this process, what is the name of the company, the option to enter the address, what is your gender, what is your category, you have to give information about all these things.

You also have to tell how much employee work you have. Whether you are starting the business of goods or manufacturing you have to choose the option for this also. You have to enter your firm’s CIN number.

And you are required to enter the amount of your company’s turnover

Step 13:- After completing all the procedures, click on submit and final OTP icon.

Step 14:- In the final step you got an OPT in your registered mobile number please enter this OTP in the below option and finally enter the captcha code then click the final submit option.

Step 15:- Finally, you got a popup that will confirm that your registration is successful.

Step 16:- You will get your MSME registration number which is very important to get your MSME certificate.

Note point*** You will get your MSME certificate after 10 to 15 days as the government scrutinizes the registration form filed by you after that issues your certificate.

The full name of MSMEs is Micro, small & medium Enterprises, It is like the strongest channel in India with 60% of people from all over India investing. Under this, more than 5000 products are made, and through these products, our entire work is done in India as 50% of the people all over India get employment from MSMEs that they run their lives, today the Government of India has encouraged MSMEs. Because half of the people of our country live their lives by this. Today, 10% of our GDP in India runs from MSMEs, and even the smallest products made in India are made from factories within MSMEs. Within this, MSMEs account for 50% of all the goods we export to any other country.

There are many small companies which have been brought under the purview of MSME, which employs half the population of the whole of India.

Companies within MSMEs in India are divided into 3 parts.

(a) Micro Company:- Any person who invests 1 crore rupees to start his company is placed inside the micro-industry within MSMEs. The TAX RATE depends on company Activities

(b) Small Company:- Any person who invests 10 crore rupees to start his company is placed inside the small industry within MSMEs. The TAX RATE depends on company Activities

(c) Medium Company:- Any person who invests 20 crore rupees to start his company is placed inside the medium industry within MSMEs. The TAX RATE is 15%

(1) When a company registers itself in MSMEs, it gets a loan from any bank at a lower rate.

(2) Under MSMEs, any bank gives easy loans to a company because the bank also knows that the company lives by it.
